For the tart dough:
►2 yolks
►50 g unrefined sugar
►200 g butter
►250 g of flour
►a sachet of vanilla sugar
►a salt powder
►lemon peel
For the cream:
►350 ml of yogurt
►100 g unrefined powdered sugar
►500 ml of vegetable cream
►20 g gelatin
►the juice from 2 lemons
For decoration:
►300 g of kiwi

1. Sift the flour into a plastic bowl, make a hole in the middle and add the butter, salt, egg yolks, powdered sugar and lemon zest. Mix well until you get a hard dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave to cool.
2. Separately, leave the gelatin in cold water.
3. Mix the yogurt with the sugar, the vanilla bean and bring to a boil. Finally, add the gelatin. After boiling for a few minutes, allow to cool gradually.
4. Beat the cream and incorporate into the chilled yogurt cream. Leave to cool.
5. Roll out the tart dough, arrange in the pan and bake at 150˚C. After baking, leave to cool, place the yogurt cream and garnish with kiwi fruit. Leave to cool for about two hours.

Magic on a plate

The work surface is given with flour and then we spread the dough with the rolling pin. I cut a large circle that I put on the bottom of the tray and then smaller circles for the edges, but you can also take the whole sheet, place it in the tray and cut the excess.

Now begins the "blind baking" part. Place baking paper over the dough, and then beans, rice, baking weights, or other tray. I put beans, but I saw that the base of a cake shape fits, so I put it on too.

I put it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes,

then take the paper and leave it for another 10-15 minutes until it browns.

After it has cooled, fill it with vanilla cream and garnish with fruit. I used kiwi and bananas, but I will definitely try other combinations.

Tart with strawberry jam and yogurt soufflé!

We baked the tart in a round tray with a diameter of 18 cm.

1. Prepare the dough: mix the sifted flour, powdered sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.

2.Performing it periodically in the dry ingredients, pass the cold butter through the large grater. Then knead everything with your hands to get a damp, sandy dough.

3.Add the egg. Initially mix with the spoon, and then gather the dough with your hands. It must be smooth, homogeneous, soft and non-sticky.

4. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Cover the smaller piece of dough with cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

5. Line the bottom of the tray with baking paper. Spread the larger piece of dough evenly on its bottom, partially covering its walls.

6. Put the obtained top in the fridge for 30 minutes.

7. Prepare the yogurt soufflé: mix Greek yogurt with 30 g of sugar and cornstarch.

8. Beat the egg white with the mixer until it becomes frothy. Then gradually add 30 g of sugar in it and continue to mix it until persistent peaks appear.

9. Gradually incorporate (in 2 steps) the egg white foam into the yoghurt composition, stirring with a whisk, in circular movements, oriented from the bottom up.

10. Spread the strawberry jam on the counter.

11. Then spread the yogurt soufflé in it.

12.Put the smaller piece of dough through the large grater, spreading it on the surface of the soufflé.

13. Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C‌.

14. Allow it to cool almost completely, then remove it from the pan, place it on a plate and wait until it cools completely.

Breakfast with fruits and seeds

I want to start by posting a favorite breakfast that contains fruits and seeds and can be served with a coffee (I couldn't give it up) or a favorite tea.

Put in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 40 min. After removing the tart from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, transfer it to a plate, slice and serve.

This is a dessert with health benefits. Pears are a valuable source of fiber, Vitamins A, B 2, C and E, potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and pectin.

Even diabetics can consume this dessert, because pears have a low glycemic index.

Pear tart: recipe

This recipe is very easy to make, and is extremely tasty, due to the unique aroma of pears. The ingredients are unpretentious and not expensive at all. You can add your favorite flavors to this tart.

Wheat ingredient

• 250 g of flour
• 1 egg yolk
• 125 g of butter
• 50 ml of water
• salt

Cream ingredients

• 400 g of yogurt
• 5 eggs
• 4 pears

First prepare the countertop composition. Rub the butter and flour in a bowl, add the egg yolk and finally the salt. The mixture begins to knead by hand, gradually adding water. The final dough should not be sticky. When it's ready, put it in the fridge for an hour.

Meanwhile, we prepare the cream. Mix the yogurt with the eggs and sugar in a bowl, using the mixer.

Remove the countertop composition from the refrigerator and spread in a pan greased with oil. To avoid swelling the surface unevenly, prick it in places with a fork. Place the tray in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

After this interval, remove and pour the yoghurt cream and eggs, then garnish on top with pears previously peeled and cut into slices. They can be placed in a circle (like a flower) if the tray is round, or in the desired pattern.

Put the tray back in the oven, and leave it until it browns. Pear tart can be served both hot and cold.

Pears are very beneficial to health, especially the immune system, due to their rich nutritional content. These fruits are much richer in pectin than apples, which makes them useful in lowering cholesterol and strengthening the intestine.
